Founded by JaCarla Walker, our organization bridges the gap between Veterans and complex benefit systems. With a background in medical coding, healthcare systems, and claims processes, JaCarla recognized a common challenge: many Veterans qualify for life-changing benefits but lack clear guidance on how to access them properly and confidently. That’s where we come in.

Passion & Desire to Serve Veterans
JaCarla Walker is a highly committed Veterans Healthcare Advocate who dedicates her efforts to serving Veterans and their families with compassion and expertise. JaCarla Walker has a robust foundation of training provided by a retired lieutenant colonel from the U.S. Army, along with over ten years of experience in Human Resources and Federal Employee Benefits. We offer invaluable educational consultations and workshops that empower Veterans.
As the founder of Care & Give Back to Veterans, she successfully expanded her reach on a global scale, delivering a variety of seminars on important topics such as Veterans & Spouse Benefits, Social Security, Medicare, and many others. Her unwavering commitment to this mission is deeply influenced by her family background; she is the proud daughter of a Vietnam Veteran and the sister of a retired Marine. This personal connection fuels her passion to ensure that all Veterans receive the benefits and affordable healthcare they have rightfully earned through their service.
